ABOUT

OXO came to Smart Design looking to replace their old stronghold suction line with an improved mechanism and a fresh, contemporary design. We audited the current line to identify key things that were working, and key opportunities to improve upon.

We leveraged our user centered approach and prototyped rough models to learn as quickly as possible. This helped us prioritize the needs of different users and bathroom environments, and led us towards the most efficient and elegant solutions for the greatest number of users.

3d brainstorming

We hosted the OXO team for a 3D brainstorm in our shop. We were able to illustrate a high volume of concepts and models very quickly and collaboratively. Getting the core team on the client side to help generate ideas and gain confidence in our thinking early improved our client relationship and the overall flow of the project.
